Taft was also part of an interdisciplinary team at the MelroseWakefield Hospital Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine in Melrose, MA, specializing in treating acute and chronic wounds, while also overseeing hyperbaric oxygen therapy. He is board certified through the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and spent his first 10 years in private practice in Woburn, MA, serving part of that time as Chief of Podiatric Surgery at Winchester Hospital. Taft has extensive training in forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle conditions, and significant experience with diabetic foot and ankle conditions, including wound care and limb salvage procedures.
